Email is the only channel, and it is read by a person. There is no contact form, because a form would collect more about you than an email already does.
What to include
If you are reporting a measurement that looks wrong, the most useful things you can tell us are which tool, which browser and device, what number it gave you, and what you believe the correct value is. Please do not send us photographs of yourself. We cannot use them, and we do not want to hold them.
Response times
We aim to reply to everything within three business days. Reports of a tool giving incorrect results are triaged ahead of everything else.
Privacy requests
For access, correction or deletion requests relating to data covered by our privacy policy, write to the same address with "Privacy request" in the subject line. Note that the measurement tools never transmit your images or results to us, so there is generally nothing of that kind for us to hold.
Press and partnerships
Also the same address. We are open to working with optical and eyewear retailers on accuracy testing, and will publish the methodology and the results of any such test regardless of how it turns out.
